Wizzard Software (NYSE Amex: WZE) announced today the launch of The Wizzard Wavefile Factory, a Windows® based desktop product that uses state of the art AT&T Natural Voices® technology to create life-like sounding computer generated audio files in 20 unique voices and 8 different languages.
"Many of our clients currently use our AT&T Natural Voices SDK's to produce and license text-to-speech based audio files for an extensive list of cross-segment projects ranging from talking ATMs and Internet Websites to Transportation and Weather Alert Systems," said Bruce Phifer, General Manager of Wizzard's Technology and Services division. "The Wizzard Wavefile Factory was developed to accelerate growth of AT&T Natural Voice by reaching new clients who may not have the technical staff required to use a traditional SDK. We envision a whole new range of talking products to emerge with the use of this new tool including voice enabled iPhone Apps."
The new Wizzard Wavefile Factory complements AT&T Natural Voices SDK's which are intended for the deployment/distribution of Text-To-Speech engines by clients with the skill set to build and deploy software applications. The Wizzard Wavefile Factory is designed for non-technical clients that have a need to deploy/distribute only the voice wavefiles which are licensed through Wizzard for use in a wide range of projects.
AT&T Natural Voices is widely acknowledged in the industry as the most natural-sounding synthesized speech system in the world and Wizzard offers a variety of licensing models for the deployment/distribution of AT&T Natural Voices wavefiles. By continuing to recognize the evolving client needs of a growing market, Wizzard continues to reinforce its commitment to providing world-class speech synthesis to mainstream markets.
Wizzard invites Software Developers, Integrators and Business Clients to visit its website to sample the improved, high-end voice quality of AT&T Natural Voices and review information regarding licensing possibilities for this extraordinary technology in projects that include ATMs, Kiosks, Websites, Broadcasting, Transportation & Informational, IVR, Simulators, Games, eBooks, Alerts, Assistive Apps and server based iPhone Apps.
